We use several methods of shipment depending on item location and shipping address.

Signature is always required when address is in an apartment building or item value exceeds $200. If you need to add any special instruction or note please add this to your order notes. If you are not able to, please contact us by phone.

We do not accept returns once items are delivered. The ONLY exception would be if we delivered an incorrect item, in which case we will arrange the return/exchange.

Cancellations can only be done by phone and a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Absolutely NO cancellations on custom size filters or special order items.

Any corrections on addresses/ sizes MUST be done by phone only.

Any damaged shipments should be reported immediately, and a photo of the parcel or damaged goods will help us in filing a claim with delivery company.
